We didn't see the sealing happen on-panel like with Black Zetsu. There is still the mystery regarding her fusion with the tree and motive for wanting chakra which only Kaguya knows about.

Well, yes, there is a lot about Kaguya's backstory which was left ambigious at best, but I don't see how it will be cleared up now. The right point to show indepth flashbacks about her past seems to have passed already. I really would like to be proven wrong in the next chapter though...

Doesn't seem like Kishi's style. She'll probably make a return in the New Era Project. Which seems to be a spin off about the new generation.

That was just the Rabbit spitting Madara out. People have survived without chakra in the past. I'm sure there will be some side effect from the tree.

Nah, that was just BZ thinking he is safe, so he would eventually start the moon's eye plan again with a new puppet like Madara and repeat everything. But Naruto ended him.

If Kaguya still plays a role it could be through the rabbit.
