No need to do that now that you have had 52 episodes of content fort he characters, so no need for an introduction.

a scene of narration is easier to reanimate then just dropping a whole entire fight scene and introduction

plus they already had him say the line in the last episode and we've already seen what it feels like when Naruto and meets with Team 7
