Well I have a theory that the hyuga second kkg is a truly op ability . Because with this second ability at any given time they can open the inner gates for a quick boost of power and speed .

And it also grants the ability to shift movements in mid-air and anytime they can coat their body in a chakra Shield to either increase the damage of an attack or softener damage of an attack if not completely stop it.

And since Neji has already shown that they can make chakra needles on any part of their body they can also make it chakra needles anytime anyone tries to physically touch them kind of like a porcupine you try to grab them .

no, I think it is more so of the Hyuga tweaking their other KKG which is chakra manipulation and expelling chakra from any point in their body

so using things like a smaller gates for speed boosts (since they can boost a chakra network with the GF)

or doing those chakra needles that they use for 64 palms, etc... to be coming out of their other parts of their body akin to how they expelling chakra to do rotation

Well yes and no has the ability been shown you've seen it but you've never seen it used to the proper way. Think about it this why use the rotation to make a a chakra Shield when you can make a chakra blade with your body.

They can focus all their chakra to the front of their body sharpen it and literally run through run through ninjutus tech literally like the raikage

I wouldn't say opens but allows perception of the gates making it easier to learn how to open taking a frqction of the effort and time. Technically the Hyuga have huge potential(excluding Hinata of course). Many variant jutsu could be developed and all sorts.
