Are you actually trying to say that Yoruichi and Byakuya (and everyone else for that matter) are
that physically strong? That they can have people stand on their arms without budging? That's such a stupid thing to say.
If Byakuya is strong enough to have the combined weight of Yoruichi and Ichigo on his arm without flinching, then explain to me how Ichigo was able to have a sword battle with him. How he was able to defend against full-strength attacks from a man who can support the weight of two people on his arm -_-
The fact of the matter is, it's not a matter of strength here. It's a matter of
blazing speed.

This alone means that Yoruichi's weight wasn't on Byakuya's arm. Yoruichi was standing on the area above his arm using spirit particles to support her weight. In fact, this is how Shunpo works to begin with. Yoruichi
holding Ichigo's body, however, is a different matter. She actually had to pick him up and carry him on her shoulders. You see the difference? This make a hell of a lot more sense than to say they have that kind of physical power.
