Basic Information

Name: Byakuran Millefiore
Nickname: Millefiore Boss
Gender: Male
Age: 21
Clan: Nekura

"See? I have the matching battle outfit and everything!"
Looks

Byakuran has spiky white hair and light purple eyes. His distinguishing feature is a purple tattoo under his left eye, which is the Mark of the Demon that enables him to utilize Keigoku. He wears a standard White uniform with a Mare Ring symbol on the side of his shirt and has silver shoulder pads with the Millefiore insignia like the other members of his family. Informally, Byakuran wears a white shirt under a black jacket with the Millefiore insignia. He is seen wearing this whenever he casually interacts with other villagers or friends, and sometimes during travels across the Ninja World. In battle, Byakuran frequently wears a white outfit and a purple jacket; he also has scars on his back. However, when he is walking around the village, spending some quality alone time, he dons more casual clothing, wearing a hooded vest, a long-sleeved shirt, still wearing his choker, a loose belt, and ripped jeans. He also wears Leg Weights at all times, and can easily take them off quickly and with ease.
Personality

During his earlier years, he is shown to have a cheerful disposition around his subordinates and comrades of the Night Raid. However, this is only if they hold his interest, hiding his ruthlessness and cruelty behind. Once he "gets bored" of someone, he won't hesitate to have them killed. He will do anything to achieve his goal, not caring if it would mean sacrificing innocent people or destroying the world and even referring to them as his toys.

In the present time, he has become less ruthless due to the pleasant and joyful environment of Iwagakure. He values his comrades and past connections greatly, knowing how difficult it is to lose a person he cared about. He maintains a cheerful disposition, however, it is mainly a facade. In battle, his ruthlessness and thirst of blood is obvious, though he is able to suppress it occasionally. This attitude is primarily for interactions with outsiders and attackers. With friends, he is kind and somewhat sarcastic. He is respectful towards superiors but is no pushover; he generally dislike being bossed around and because of how many times he's wandered alone, he prefers working alone as opposed to working with a group of shinobi's, especially if it is a dangerous mission.

Background Information

History

Byakuran was born into a wealthy family. He lived in the outskirts of Amegakure; in a peaceful village hidden deep within the forests. Despite the security, he, along with the entire Millefiore family, was isolated from interaction with outsiders. It was a life of seclusion and despondency; a life that an enthusiastic Byakuran did not want to lead. He spent years carefully analyzing the books concerning Chakra and its applications - in secret, of course. His parents, Helena Millefiore and Daichi Millefiore, strongly disapproved of the use of chakra in any forms. Despite their opposition towards it, they were once powerful shinobis. Their natural skills and talent in combat passed down to Byakuran, but he, at that time, had no way of knowing. Nevertheless, his interest peaked and it wasn't hard to convince a young boy to pursue a life of combat. In the eve of his eighth birthday, he daringly slipped out of his highly-secured mansion and made his way to his new home: Amegakure. With nothing but books on Chakra usage, he was determined to become a very powerful Ninja -a journey that would take years, but will eventually come to past.

Amidst his journey, however, he encountered a group of misfits and delinquents raiding caravans of political figures and wealthy aristocrats. Watching from afar, Byakuran witnessed the mass slaughter of what he believed to be the innocent. Enraged and blinded from the truth, he bravely confronted the killers - a group of six highly skilled shinobi that went by "Night Raid". He was defeated easily, which was to be expected. Fortunately, the skills he displayed revealed his potential for greatness. He was henceforth recruited as a member of Night Raid, essentially the complete opposite of what he envisioned himself to be.

He grudgingly accepted the invitation- or rather, was forced. The consequence, if he declined, was death. The leader of Night Raid, Najenda, explained the goal of the organization and its purpose: to eliminate corruption within the great Ninja villages, even if the consequence was divine punishment. Viewing the cause as noble but obviously immoral, he reluctantly carried out assassinations whilst training to strengthen himself in combat. As time progressed, killing became routine like for him. He no longer felt remorse nor guilt. Now, his sense of humanity was not lost, no. Rather, it was replaced by a greater sense of justice, one that motivated him to become a stronger person to rid the shinobi world of the social injustice that he was once affiliated with in his hometown.

Several months after being recruited, he was tasked with the assassination of an influential clan head who was rumored to wrongfully utilize his wealth for personal grievances through assassinations, framing, and bribery. However, given his high status, he was accompanied by two Jonin-level guards. Wanting to ensure success, Najenda ordered a subordinate to accompany the young shinobi. They traveled through the woods and alas, the two confronted the clanshead and his powerful guards. Unfortunately, they profoundly underestimate the enemies. In fact, the clan head himself fought with immense and almost god-like strength. His subordinate, a man named "Bulat" sacrificed his life, thereby providing Byakuran time to escape. After escaping, guilt consumed him and further fueled his desperation for strength.

The "Former" Millefiore Boss

Several months later, Byakuran was deployed to work from within one of the great villages primarily because he was one of the few of the organization that isn't known as a member of Night Raid. Agreeing, Byakuran migrated to Amegakure, the Village Hidden in the Rain, and continued his training there. He was later incorporated into "Squad 1", under the leadership of Vegeta and as a subordinate of Ashitaka. He forged tight bonds amongst the members of Squad 1, along with the general members of Amegakure, including Dean Nekura, Neilson, Yoanna, and the Six paths. As he matured into a shinobi proficient in various fields, he believed Amegakure impeded his potential to grow in power. He fled in the midst of the night, severing closely knit bonds and returned to the haunt of Night Raid, only to discover horrendous incidents. The commonplace that was once pervaded by the sensational aroma of cuisines and the commotions caused by brotherly interactions was now haunted by memories - memories that Byakuran held close to his heart. Seemingly submerged in pools of blood, his former allies laid, lifeless. The souls of the deeply departed lingered, and for once, he was truly alone. What should have crushed him resulted in the antithesis. It fueled his will to survive and pushed him to become stronger. Alas, his heart totally consumed, Byakuran departed after having buried his subordinates in a shrine of peace and solitude. His next destination: Kirigakure.

Byakuran, after further investigation, learned that any efforts of carrying out divine retribution was futile, and the case forever remained inconclusive. What he got out of it was the realization that out there, in a world of preys and predators, was someone better. He formerly considered Night Raid as the best of the best; this occurrence proved otherwise. His objective, to become powerful in order to protect his friends, was naturally obstructed by the loss of the people that truly mattered. His evil radiated from within, thus attracting the attention of Mystogan Nekura, the leader of the famed Nekura Clan, as well as the Mizukage of Kirigakure.

After discussion, Byakuran willingly joined Kirigakure, whilst becoming a brother of the Nekuras. An emblem of his affiliation with the clan, the Mark of the Demon, was imprinted forever upon his once-innocent face. His stay at Kirigakure was not long-lasting, in fact, it was considerably short and was cut by Akatsuki's infiltration of the village. Kakuzu assumed the role as Mizukage, compelling Byakuran, who at that time, followed Mystogan, to abandon the village and travel elsewhere. This occurred before he relocated to Konohagakure, for yet another short period of time. Despite his brief visit, he managed to develop close friendships with the newer generation of Shinobi, including Jakai and Nikodo.

Once again, he was alone, but things were different this time. He no longer felt loneliness; it seemed almost natural to him. Wandering the perilous Ninja World as a lone wolf, Byakuran traveled for months and worked as a mercenary. This lifestyle ended when the powerful Liliana invited him to Akatsuki, a superior group of mercenaries and assassins. He reluctantly agreed, knowing this was a woman of skillful deceit; perhaps it was his previous affiliation with Night Raid that convinced him to eventually join the organization. About the time he became a member of the organization, Byakuran became the personal student of Galen Marek, Grand Master of the Binkan Clan, as well as the Hokage of Konohagakure. Under his guidance, Byakuran improved immensely, in terms of skills and tactics, and raw power. It was Galen who introduced the prodigy to the Sound element and the Pandas summoning, two abilities Byakuran used skillfully in battle.

He fought a series of battles, many of which he successfully emerged victorious. Sadly enough, he was defeated by an overwhelmingly powerful man, Hazama of Iwagakure. Simultaneously, the organization was seized by Madara Uchiha, and without other choices, he decided to quit the organization, unwilling to cooperate with the new leader. Ironically, he sought shelter in the village of Iwagakure, the village controlled by Tsuchikage Hazama. Recently, Byakuran has made himself comfortable in Iwagakure. Whether or not it is his permanent home is not yet ascertained...

Other
☾ Suiton | Water ☾
Water is a rather versatile element, probably the most versatile of the five elements. Byakuran has a great liking for this versatility and the many possibilities he could explore with the water element. To expand his knowledge and uses of water, he trained extensively in the element. His training paid off when she eventually discovered a way to perform all water techniques with a single handseal.

☾ Futon | Wind ☾
Byakuran also has a knack for wind techniques and most often used them in battle, having it one of his favorite elements. It symbolized peace and freedom, both of which were ideals that he's always imagined as a child, and as a grown man. It's soothing sounds, yet powerful attacks was what sparked his interest. He was able to master it to a level where he can perform all wind techniques faster than that of a regular shinobi.

☾ Ototon | Sound ☾
After completing a misison, Byakuran was given a new power, Sound release, from Galen. It is one of his most favorite element due to its
ability to not only induce powerful illusions, but its powerful offensive usages and versatile supplementary usages. Although he performs it as any normal sound user can, he is frequently seen utilizing the element in practice.

☾ Genjutsu | Illusionary Arts ☾
Byakuran was easily influenced, even as a young adult. During his stay in Akatsuki, he was forced to get along with Genjutsu users such as Barney and Isabella. He liked the deceptive nature of illusions, and its creative applications in battle. Through practice and observations, Byakuran would learn to specialize in Genjutsu and utilize it skillfully in battle

☾ Parrot Summoning ☾
Visiting the Altorio forest with Isabella, Byakuran made a spiritual connection with Parrots and immediately fell in love with their species. They were elegant, beautiful, and colorful. Their personalities were very calming and they generally enjoyed life, which is what he hopes to achieve someday. He favors Parrots above all animals, and as such, he usually summons Parrots in battle to aid him.

☾ Order of the Warrior Monks ☾
"Masters of the style gain a stance known as "The Phantom Warrior", which is only the use of Sōhei no Junban through hovering staffs via Manipulate Advancing Blades (this "stance" is only available to specialists of the style and requires the use of the technique beforehand)" Byakuran is a specialist of the fighting style and has the ability to activate the "Phantom Warrior" stance, of course with the activation of the Manipulate advancing blades beforehand and is a passive trait, after activation.

☾ Nekura Clan | Paladin Rank ☾
After what seemed to be a lifetime in Nekura Clan, Byakuran excelled and was finally upgraded to the Paladin rank. (The second tier of powerful warriors, who are slightly less skilled than the Black Knights. They are the strikeforce during wars. Jutsu are 50% stronger than a seer's, effects similarly magnified. Keigoku can pass through only small bushes, rain, mist, or small rocks. Can learn up to A-rank techniques.) He possesses the traditional Nekura Cloak, green, which allows him to deflect most basic projectile weaponry. He also possesses the Mark of the Demon, which is located at the bottom of his left eye.

☾ Gold Staves of Enel ☾
CW: Gold Staves of Enel
(Gōrudo Sutaffu No Enel) ψ Gold Staves of Enel ψ
Type: Weapon
Rank: S
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 40
Damage: N/A
Description: The Gold Staff of Enel is told to be forged in the skies where the heavens are located. The staff is told to be the property of an almighty and powerful god of lightning, Enel. Although these were all myths, the two staff proved to be a relic, a symbol of the God's power. The story about the dual staff is a legend, nothing but a myth but it is a fascinating one. The staffs, according to tales, originated from a mysterious city above the clouds, often known as the heavens. The god who ruled during that time went by the name of Enel, a superior lightning shinobi that was described as a god from his powers and skills of the lightning element. Enel acquired the throne to the kingdom by defeating the previous leader at that time, and proclaimed himself as god. The past workers and peacekeepers that once worked for the previous god was forced to physical labor, giving up their lives to the god. The soldiers worked to build an ultimate weapon, a weapon so strong that it had the power to obliterate a whole country on its own. Needless to say, the Enel we speak of is described as a power hungry tyrant, and despite the title he gave himself, he was no where near the ethics of a god. The plan would have succeeded, and if it did, the shinobi world would, more or less be under hos control. No soldiers or villagers had the guts nor the strength to oppose him, and every spark of rebellion was to be taken care of by lightning, in other words, death. Before his plan was set in motion, he was defeated by an unknown shinobi. Legend has it that the man was defeated by a wanderer, and the god descended from his golden thrown in the city of gods to the floors of the deepest seas. Although his body was told to be irretrievable due to the amount of pressure under the sea, the only remembrance the "God" left behind is the two brightly-yellow staffs. The staffs are made entirely of gold. Although they look like plain and simple staffs, the abilities of the staffs are what intrigues modern-day historians who seek power in the world of the Shinobi. Although they were just myths, the two staffs left behind in the land of the ninja world would be a powerful tool, if given to the right shinobi. The only reason people believe and repeatedly hear the myth is because every once a while, the villagers under the Moon country would hear the ringing of bells from the sky. A truly majestic sound that soothed every man, woman, and children yet remain unknown up to this day. The only visible relic is the two staffs, currently wielded by Ace and those who he think is worthy. The story, however, has yet to be proven. This, however, is simply a tale that is most often told to children and is not real whatsoever. Though the relic (weapons) found near the location of the area is the sole reason many argue that such a city exists.

The weapon is a dual staff, including two staffs made of pure gold. It is about three meters tall and two inches in diameter. Despite the composition of the staff's, it is unexpectedly light. This is because of its fairly hollow insides, allowing the user to be able to channel chakra throughout the staff, enabling themselves to perform or activate certain abilities that correspond with the staff's. Because of its light weight, it can be hung behind the back and is easily accessible during battle. The staff itself, even when on your back, will make no difference towards the physical performance of the wielder. The user of the dual staffs will run, punch, kick, walk, move, etc as easy as they would without the staff's on their back. This, of course would have an effect on difficult and complex moves, like backflips, front flips, etc where the body needs to move in a manner that would cause the staff's to hit a solid object, like the floor. This does not mean that it is impossible, but more difficult to perform complex moves such as the ones described above. The physical attributes (height in general) of the user would also come into play whether or not a body movement, like flips, would be slowed down by the dual staffs.

The staff he is holding, but two of them.

Abilities:
  • Transformation; Both the staffs are capable of transforming the physical appearance of the weapons. The transformation can only be applied onto the top part of the staffs, and only about 1 meter of the top of the staff can be modified. The user can change the shape of the top part of the staff by channeling lightning chakra into the gold, and turning it into lightning. They will re-shapen the lightning with the use of shape manipulation and shape it to the shape they desire the weapon to be. With further chakra manipulation, the user will solidify the lightning and turn it back to normal gold, with a different physical property. This can only be done to the specific weapons because of its mysterious composition of the two staffs. Each staff can be transformed twice, equalling four times and each time will cost 15 Chakra points and a jutsu slot. There is also a one turn wait to each time a staff can transform. Furthermore, the transformation is limited to the original size. You cannot transform it into a weapon that is longer then the original. Things that would work would be transforming it into a sharp-edged sword, able to perform kenjutsu techniques or a trident, and of course, up to the users imagination. It, however, cannot be used to create larger weapons, only weapons that would still fit in the staffs. Also, once the new tip of the staff impales an opponent/target, it can be heated and burn organs from the inside. This counts as a separate turn and does not count as a limit to the heating. Heating from the inside can only be done once.
  • Heating: Another ability that comes with the staffs. The user can channel lightning chakra into the insides of the staff and have it shape around the walls of the staff. (Keep in mind that the staff is fairly hollow inside.) By doing so, the user can heat up the gold of the staff, so hot that it could melt through B-rank steel release techniques without melting the staffs. The purpose of this is to attack when it is extremely hot and potentially cause severe burns to a target. This can only be done once per staff, equaling two times together. The actual heating of the staffs do not take that long, a second or two would suffice for the time it takes to reach such a warm temperature. Furthermore, the damage it deals is equivalent to an A-rank fire technique. This counts as a jutsu and costs 15 chakra
  • Lightning Strike: The user will channel lightning chakra into both of the staves and join them together, having them connect at the top part of the staves. They will release the lightning a few inches away from the two staves, floating in mid-air. It creates a ball of lightning, much like the shape of a Rasengan and can be released with great force, electrocuting any target. This lightning strike counts as a move and is equivalent to an S-rank lightning technique (40 chakra, 80 damage). It has a limit of three uses. Once per battle the user can sacrifice the abilities of the staffs by focusing an immense amount of lightning and unleashing a forbidden rank attack (50 chakra, 90 damage). However, he will be unable to use the staffs abiliites for the rest of the match and will face electrical damage to his hands, rendering his muscles numb for 1 turn.

Restrictions:
Note 1: Despite it being two staffs, you can only perform the abilities of the staffs one staff at a time, excluding the transformation ones (Meaning you can't create two whips at the same time, or heat up the staffs at the same time. You can, however, do it one turn at a time, in accordance to time frame.) Each ability used counts as a move.
Note 2: Can only be wielded by Ace. and those he allow.
Note 3: In NW, this can only be used by one person at a time.
Note 4: Heating and transformation is obviously short-range.
Note 5: The weapon can transform back to its original form an unlimited amount of time.
Note 6: It is indestructible.
