Know these are all feats that the manga have gave us, just combined. And they have the chakra control to do so.
We have seen that Katsuyu entire body is as flexible as Gaara's sand, can multiply indefinitely, can channel her mistress's chakra throughout anypart of her body, can melt and change form, and is indestructible.
Knowing all of this, and what a byakugou user can do with liquids that their chakra is infused in.
And on the level where they can manipulate the water to attack certain things using their sensory ability.
So they can technically do this on a larger scale with Katsuyu, and with less of the work.
The Byakugou gives the user a Tele-Empathic Relationship with it's summon. It grants the summoner a form of clairvoyance.
Tsuande could see through Katsuyu's eyes. Katsuyu works as a Hive mind that seems to be connected to its summoner, and can make the perfect 360 degree feild of vision without any blindspots. Also it's a powerful sensor and can detect things other can (as it did when it detected the kuruma cloaks around the Shinobi alliance when they were seemingly gone)
