I have a theory about Tsunades Strength of a Hundred. So we know that to gain the seal you need to gather chakra in your forehead for a considerably long time, with Sakura concentrating it for 3 years before it formed. We also know that once it's released that the amount of chakra from the seal can heal severe wounds in an instant and even amplify ninjutsu like Obitos Kamui to an unprecedented level. So my theory is, should Sakura have focused on combat rather than being a medic and learned the seal, would it amplify offensive ninjutsu as well? Could we be seeing some major strength and speed boosts from it as well? I wonder about speed boosts because we've seen ninja increase their speed by concentrating chakra in their feet, and we know that Sakura has incredible chakra control, so I think it's possible that with the byakugou seal released we could see some impressive speed feats from her in theory

She does use her seal for combat. She does use her chakra to augment her physical stats, speed included.

Should she focus solely on combat? No. That is not what she is natural good at. From she was a child her combat ability paled in comparison to her teammates. She found purpose and usefulness in medical ninjutsu. She has an incredibly high aptitude for it. So much so that by age 17 she was basically the second best Medical Ninja in the world.

She is doing what she is best at and what she loves.

Theoretically they should heal instantly but that's what makes Byakugou OP, you have to create a scenario to which Tsunade loses her head too test its abilities.

It didn't amplify anything, obito just didn't have enough chakra to open portals by himself

I mean that's kind of how amplifying things work. Like how with Jiraiya and Naruto their sage modes made using huge jutsu easier because it gave them more chakra, and with the extra chakra they were able to amplify rasengans and rasenshurikens and make them huge and considerably stronger because they had more chakra

Now that I think about it. Part of the reason I never liked Sakura getting a Yin seal was cause we never really saw her train for it. Like during Naruto's Sage mode training she could have easily trained that seal of hers. Kishi simply never forshadowed it before. It looked like lazy writing to make team seven look like the three Sanin.

It's not really debatable. I didn't resort to anything, I just think the Byakguou seal is almost like a target, and I want to see someone impale their forehead with for no reason at all.

No, their amplification came when they mixed the natural energy in with their own, making sage techs more powerful, they could make it larger because of the extra chakra, but more chakra doesn't count as an amplifier, just an addition

Right? Sharingan plus byakugou seal sounds like a deadly combo.
