So, what I want to know is this: if Sakura was pregnant and the fetus already had the byakugou somehow and kept spamming it, would the age process for this child be sped up? So much so that the baby turned into a fully-grown adult by the time it was ready to be delivered?

This thread gave me autism... That second version of Madatachi is ugly and looks more like a Suigetsu x Sakura child tbh. And Byakogou would slow down the body's ageing because that's what it does to Tsunade when she doesn't use it to heal.
