no logic would say that it'd be bigger because she only wastes it on fighting instead of fighting and keeping her youthful appearance xd I know what you mean like tsunade's should be bigger because she needs it for more stuff but she already has monstrous strength without it so it's not really necessary

Because Sakura is a boss!
Her big forehead could have somethign to do with it.
It could allow for more storage of chakra, maybe she has stored more chakra and not having to use any chakra to look youthfull could have to do with it as well.
