old hiruzen has all the same jutsu as prime hiruzen.
the difference is, he lacks the stamina feat of using 4 clones & 5 releases all at the same time.
but he's fighting a defensive summon, so clones & enma are'nt necessary.

No simply because He efeated Sauke!. Hiruzen wuld od that easily than Itachi. the only reason this question of yours is valid is because Part-1 itachi and Part-2citachi are virtually in hte same condition.

But Hiruzen's condition is different. the power scalings app,y ot Horuzen's also and hence he stomps Sakura!
