Anyway, Sakura's feat is better just because of more distance traveled, plus that wasn't her max potential speed. She's faster than base Hebi Sasuke, and imo can match CS1 Sasuke.

Are you saying before releasing the Yin seal like in the scan Neosmith posted or after releasing it like when Sakura rushed Rikudo Madara?

Though I'm not sure if distance alone is a good argument because like KidGamer said, one is a near blitz while Sakura's is fast enough to effortlessly blitz someone with inferior reactions to Deidara.

Now the question is how much better are Deidara's reactions to early Shippuden Sakura and whether Sakura can also nigh blitz Deidara if not outright blitz him.

Sakura was dumbfounded at Sasuke's Shunshin in early Shippuden. How is Byakugo Sakura any different in regards to speed?

Sakura has honed her abilities more and her reserves due to Byakugo she can surge to her feet making her 10x faster.
