Byakugan was original Kaguya eye's as stated by Hagoromo/SOP himself & she also "POSSESS" Sharingan eye.. Word "POSSESS" basically or generally refer to Regain or Taken it from somebody else....

well technically the viz translation says something different,

it says that she possess the power of the sharingan and the byakugan, "power of" is different than possessing the actual eye and it never stated that it was her original eye... its bad to make inferences based on fast/bad translations

Since manga doesn't stated Uchiha have blood relatives with Uzumaki, I believe Uzumaki doesn't have any relations with Kaguya, Hagoromo, Hago Bro...that why uzumaki is out from Kaguya family branch...

If your brother is a distant relative to the Kishimoto family (manga fact) , you are a distant relative to the Kishimoto family too.

The Mother had both abilities, then they were split. Hagoromo has the Rinnegan and the physical Power and his Brother has the Byakugan and probably the Bone-KG.(Watch the [Theory]-Thread about this)

it does make sense when you would consider kaguya having two sons and one got the rinnegan/sharingan and the other obtained the byakugan and cuz no facts are known about hagoromo's brother and descendants from his part. I'll bet there is another descendant related to kaguya through hagoromo his brother whose visual prowess can be found in the hyuga clan... It does make even more sense when you would keep in mind that kakashi explained about the shanringan and byakugan once to sasuke,naruto and sakura and mentioned the byakugan being the strongest of the two, also the big chief of the hyuga clan (hizashi is he called i thought) mentioning the hyuga being konoha's strongest. Could this be the result of having your power bestowed upon one descendant instead of two?? (hagoromo in comparison to his brother)

the manga did state uzumaki being distantly related to the senju (unless the necklace given by tsunade wouldn't have supressed the kyuubi) Obito mentioned the resemblence when came to see naruto who was travelling after the raikage to ask for merci for sasuke. so therefore we could state uzumaki not being directly linked but still being a relative
