is it me or doesthe sharigan/rinnegan make the byakugan seem so weak .. i mean it just may be kishi trolin like usual .. or is it really that weak compared to the other 2

Rinnegan evolved from Sharingan evolved from Byakugan. Byakugan is the worst of the three.

Yeah it might be weaker than Sharingan and Rinnagan but it's also kinda under-rated. Because one of the main characters is a sharingan user we see more of that rather than Byakugan. If the one of the main charaters was a Byakugan user we might think it's the other way around.

This, it gives more visual abilities though and powerful chakra moves but only the elite from the main house can perform these power chakra moves, neji being an exception.

Yeah, Just think if Neji, Sasuke, or Tobi lost their eyes. They rely on them to much, well, Sasuke is good with a few other things, but it still would be about a 80% combat inefficiency from his normal abilities. And don't even get me started on Hinata, she would be completely worthless without hers, and that's coming from a HinaNaru guy lol.
