Toneri was able to continuously wire control the moon towards earth after the alter was destroyed along with showing smaller scaled deva path feats , Tenseigan hamura could likely shift sasukes PS with his much more potent abilities , redirecting its swings and ultimately controlling it since the ability isn't limited like deva paths.

Its likely hamura could wire control PS in place , pinpoint sasuke with byakugan then proceed to stab through its head with moon cutter.

True and i never said team tenseigan would win i only tackled the underestimation of hamuras abilities in regards to sasukes PS.
