Not really. There are a handful of people in this Manga who would obliterate any Gentle Fist user in hand to hand or general close combat. Naruto, Sasuke, Madara, Hashirama, Kinshiki, Momoshiki, Juubito, Tsunade, Sakura, etc.

Hyuuga's aren't known for durability or yet tanking ability and CES dosen't require direct hits to fatally wound or even kill their foe.
