Toneri walks up to the desk where he was told to fill in a form which he couldn't obviously fill. He points to his empty eye sockets and then to the bag with the Hyuga's head in it.

and it looks like you found a willing donor... Tell me, do you want to be under anaesthetic for this or should I enjo- erhm... *Shinta coughs to cover up his mis-spoken words* Get this over with as quickly as possible?

*As Shinta addresses the patient, he begins by cleaning himself, the severed head and the patient of any contaminants; before proceeding to pluck out the lucky 'donors' eyes (doubly cleaning them), placing them in a jar of saline.*

*Listening to the patients request, Shinta can't help by show his dissapointment through his facial expression. However, respecting the decision, Shinta proceeds to put Toneri to sleep; by releasing an ethereal looking chakra-snake from his left hand, willing it to bite him on the shoulder. A sharp pain that quickly dulled as Toneri fell into a deep slumber.*

Description: The user will charge a special chakra into one of his hands manifesting it as an ethereal pure chakra familiar, resembling a snake. It will then bite the patient, injecting a special chakra into his chakra flow. This chakra has a specific frequency designed to render a patient unconscious. The effect takes some time to establish and the patient needs to be still for it to be successful but is very useful to perform surgery, suturing wounds, setting bones straight, etc as it effectively sedates the patient and acts as a general anesthesia. The difference between this technique and normal anesthesia is that it lasts less and, if the target is resisting the medical treatment may prove impossible to use as he can use a variety of techniques to prevent the chakra from sedating him. While it can be used in battle, its almost impossible to do so because of the time it takes for the sedation to work and the need for the connection to remain intact until it does work.

*While Toneri was under, Shinta proceeded with the operation: Taking the new eyes out of the temporary container and implanting them into Toneri, through a short but complicated surgery using a variety of tools and Medical ninjutsu*

Description: This jutsu allows a high-ranked mednin to implant a human eye into another person. In case the eye getting implantated is a Sharingan or Byakugan eye, every activation of its special abilities cuts the users health for 1/4 of his or her entire amount of health points. Rinnegan eyes when implanted remain active at all times, draining the users chakra but not his health.
Note: Must have gained the eye in a valid fight and consented by two RP mods

*Finishing up, Shinta cleans his tools and the allows a nurse to come in a mop up the excess blood; both from Toneri and the 'donor' of the eyes. He then writes a few notes on Toneri's chart and pointlessly addresses the unconscious patient as he wraps bandages around his eyes to keep them covered.*

I realise you can't hear me, being unconscious and all... but you'll need to keep these bandages on for about a week... exactly a week, and stay in bed for the duration until your body accepts the implants. Bye now!
