[Theory] Byakugan / Tenseigan version of Izanagi and Izanami

I've recently read that Izanagi and Izanami can be used only by those with the genetic traits of the Sage of the Six Paths. I was wondering if...

1: Does that ability originate from Hogoromo or can it be traced back to Kaguya?
2: Can Hamura and his descendants have a version of the Izanagi and Izanami?

I would love to see what would happen if these powerful dojutsu's clashed.

Interesting question. To the people who are saying its Hago's ability, what is your reasoning ?

Also are you sure 'genes' of SO6P are required ? Can a user not just steal an Uchiha eye and use it, without being from Senju, Uchiha or Uzumaki clan ? I think they can.

As far as we know, the Hyuuga came from another dimension along with the Ootsutsuki. We can't say if the Tenseigan really came from Kaguya, or from an ancestor of her... because Kaguya isn't pure Ootsotsuki... she is half Ootsotsuki half Hyuuga.

I believe that it only comes from Hagoromo's side
But with regards to Tenseigan version of Izanami and Izanagi, I don't know if there's a thing but I'd love to see if ever there really is one as well

I have to agree with pansykiller123. Assuming abilities is passed by blood, I thought that what one twin can do the other twin has some version of it because they basically shared everything since conception. I would thing that the Sharingan has the ability to "re-write" reality and "force" enlightenment, I would have thought Byakugan users had a equally powerful jutsu.
