We all know how the Byakugan got shafted after part one of Naruto. Because of this characters hyped up like Neji and the Hyuga as a whole was a joke by the end of the series.
My question is if you could change and scale the Byakugan making it more relevant in the series what would you do to it?
What powers would you change or give the Byakugan?
What would you keep?
How would you let it grow and evolve? (Like the Sharingan)
