byakugan question

does the byakugan give the user precog like the sharingan? i think it does but im not sure. and if it doesnt then how did hinata hit like a thausand bee's and how did neji beat all of kidomarus insects? how come in neji vs kidomaru it looks like he has precog? i mean with all that precision?

plese explain to me of the byakugan doesn't give the users precog how do they attack with such precision and in battle its as if they can see attacks coming?

I think they're able to see things coming from afar, as well as being able to tell if an enemy is molding chakra for an attack, like when Neji saw Deidara about to explode.
