Byakugan Princess?

I though it was Hanabi? Otsutsuki clan call her with that name and even Hamura's The Celestial Decree call her princess and everyone ask her help to stop Toneri. What does that mean?

Edit: Toneri is branch house while actually Hinata is real main house princess the true heirs of Byakugan/Tenseigan.
