Claiming Hagoromo is above Hamura when Hagoromo and Hamura are both featless? What the hell? Literally nothing but portrayal ranks them as high as they are. If we're strictly talking dojutsu I agree, MS has Shinju feats, but if we're talking about Byakugan with Juken powered by Sage chakra I'll have to disagree. Sasuke had two dojutsu and still struggled against Juken.

They would be fairly equal but their power levels would ultimately come down to the intelligence of the users, who can use their power in the smartest way ? Hyuga are untouchable in CQC but Uchiha have ridiculously OP long range abilities.

Kaguya destroyed Susano'O using the power of Vacuum Attack. Basic Gentle Fist doesn't need force behind it to destroy Chakra.

Who said what you said? Dont make it sounds complicated when its not.

Byakugan not inserting any specialty into the attack but it can see the chakra point where the user can took the benefit of that to launch more precise and much deeper attack. So it can easily manipulated the chakra system weaknesses effectively.
