Byakugan can me Kage/Akatsuki level??

It doesn't matter if this shinobi is Hyuga or not, assuming he has the Byakugan, do you think, with enough training, experience, and "evilness" that Byakugan can get a shinobi to Akatsuki level?? Or maybe cancel out the "evilness" and can the shinobi with the Byakugan reach Kage level?? We all know that Akatsuki members are known to be "out of this world" which means their techs are very inhuman so to say. Does the Byakugan have this potential? To be a Kage, you one feature must be that you are the strongest or at least one of the strongest shinobi in the village. This is more probable than being a recruit of the Akatsuki however, there are better shinobi who can overpower a Byakugan. Maybe for all we know, Neji's Byakugan (assuming that he's probably the best or one of the best users in the Hyuga family at the moment) can't even keep up with Lee speed now assuming that he's twice as fast than he was when he fought Gaara in the chuunin exams. I am or was a really big fan of the Byakugan, and the Hyugas...before I saw Deidara and Sasori and all the other cool ninjas who had really strong techs and I just thought to myself, Neji will get raped by them Akatsuki. I'm not putting Neji on the spotlight here ok? We can just assume anybody who has the Byakugan, can he/she make it to Akatsuki level? How about Kage level?

I kinda agree with this. Either this is true that he really has been slacking or everyone's just too good for him and everybody else (i.e. Kiba, Shikamaru, Hinata, Choji, Tenten, etc.)

You're right. I've noticed that for a very long time now. Ever since Pain assaulted the Leaf, everyone else just didn't matter anymore cuz these other shinobis (Akatsuki) are just too strong.

It is already Powerful but most Noobs dont know because they dont pay attention to the manga. Hiashi hyuga is already kage level/ akatsuki level. They just dont get any scene time because of kishi's love for the uchihas! smh

It isnt because kakashi is stronger, its because the hyugas stay out of the village affairs unless in danger. He is Mid kage level i would say and Mid akatsuki level.

Its because of their tradition and beliefs that none of the hyugas even wanted to become hokage or anything close like that. Sarutobi sensei him self even acknowledge them as being very gifted and powerful.

Its in part 2 they have no screen time to show case what they have.

Neji, and any other byakugan users (that are able to use gentle fist), could become fast enough to actually land blows to cut off chakra flow, they could be on that level IMO.

whoa your fired, neji can beat everyone in your parenthesis. he CAN keep up with lee. he has the best taijutsu in the series, yes he can beat both gai n lee w/ his gentle fist....ppl forget one hit kills normally

besides naruto, kakashi and maybe guy, i dnt see any in konoha that can beat h him


Think bout this: no one is going hand to hand with neji (Lee could if not for the fact that every time they make contact he would be in pain and internally damage)
he has developed long distance attacks (the hyugas weakness)
he is a genius
good amount of chakra and great chakra control
one of the best defenses

For ppl that say lee or guy will go 8gates on need to realize that if neji can block chakra pts they can't use that technique

First Bold part: No, no he can't beat Gai. Maybe Lee but I doubt it if Lee opens a lot of his gates, Neji probably wouldn't have enough time to react to it. If Gai uses that tech he used to Kisame, Neji will shit his pants dead.

Second Bold part: I'm sure Tsunade can beat him, his uncle can beat him (Hinata's dad) I assume.

Third Bold part: I'm sure they'll open the gates before Neji can even block their chakra paths. I'm sure they aren't dumb enough to let Neji hit them.

Dude, you're overrating Neji. We know that the Gentle Fist is an almost perfect, if not perfect, kind of taijutsu but still, that doesn't mean people can't beat him. Even if Neji can beat everyone in his age group and maybe some of his seniors, I doubt his techs can match up with Akatsuki.

one touch and you dead( see lightning ninja try to kidnap hinata)
he has long distance (where he saves neji)
byakuagan, 360 vision, sense when chakra attacks are active even dojutsu*
