Byakugan Blind Spot Question

The Blindspot is said to be over the 3rd Thoracic Vertebrae if I'm correct. Which is south. So if I turn my head to the east, where Is my blindspot? Is it to the West or does it stay to the South?​

if your vision is changed to the east ur blind spot is to the west and vise versa

Try looking for the anime episode were Neiji was fighting that spider guy. It was seen that his blind spot shifted when he ran along with his neck.
