Byakugan and Sharingan

What if someone had a sharingan in one eye and a byakugan in the other just like tobi has a sharingan and a rinnegan. How strong do you think they would be? i know it would not be as great as rinnegan.

I think it depends if you can use MS and stuff because 2 eyes with MS over 1 eye with MS and 1 with Byakugan
