^Rasta agrees that the process is instant the actual closing of the wounds are not (second window), unlike someone who believes Kabuto is a pediatrician at the leaf hospital..... I'm not blind to a good argument.

I don't get why there's arguement over the details.
The closing of the would is not instantaneous, the process of healing is. The wounds still close faster than any other shinobi can heal in battle besides Hashirama. They still won't die from anything that would kill another shinobi besides decapitation. They heal faster that most shinobi could keep up with by feats.
It's never not helped it's users in battle by feats.
It's still an S rank jutsu and could be an asset to any shinobi who dare go through the hurdles to even be able to perform it. That's all, nothing more, nothing less.
