Based on what we know about the Byakagan's Vision.

It is capable of seeing 360 degrees.

However, its only visually capable of seeing from the front and side due to the human bodies physiological make up.

With this said one might wonder how does the Byakagan give 360 vision.

The answer?

Byakagan users are capable of receiving and interpreting Light which transmit from behind to infront of them and vice versa. Almost as if their eyes can track so fast they are capable of bending light around them

What this means is that a Byakagan user in theory can track at the speed of light if their bodies are capable of reacting. This was proven in Kaguya's fight which she was capable of out maneuvering Naruto and Sasuke with little ease. Quite an impressive eyesight I must say in capable hands.

Well this is definitely a new low. Byakugan's abilities have been stated and precognition is not one of them. Can they track speed to some extent? Yes. Can they track speeds anywhere near the speed of light? Obviously not and you'd have to be trolling to imply otherwise..

can the Bykugan track high speed movements? Yes. but can it track something with the light speed? well... theoretically, maybe. but it wasn't shown or even stated in the Manga that it could, so I doubt it

Well, Hinata and Hiashi did manage to see the Juubi being sealed into Obito, which Sakura failed to do, and she herself was able to react to Kaguya's arm. So I agree to some extent, but science in Naruto is iffy tbh

No it isn't. :lol Stop making this BS up. Insight on something refers to learning about something and how you do that. Byakugan can see more details than the Sharingan (Chakra pathway network, x-ray vision etc) thus it's insight is better. Precognition has nothing to do with any of that nor does Byakugan have any sort of precognition.
