By Sarada fans logic, Boruto will have a full Bijuu cloak and be able to use Byakugan

Pretty much been stated. Momoshiki saw no sage chakra in Boruto. Sasuke's sage chakra wasn't passed down to Sarada. Naruto's nor Kurama's was passed down to his kids. Indra's and Ashura's descendants didn't inherit their "sage" chakra. Let alone a chakra that Hinata supposedly kept did nothing for her so why would it Boruto?

Boruto has hyuga bloodline run deep which the byakugan can still bring a good use. He can still emit and expel tenketsu which is more broken than you think. A byakugan user can do this from anything. Someone is backstabbing? Emit a wave of fire from your back. You can emit chakra from your hands, feet, knees, eyes (as seen in the Anime, and as one can logically deduce, the eyes are tenketsu), head, everything. Also Boruto has nature affinity, Combining the Byakugan with elements should also create powerful synergies.

Also Boruto as Bolt was name after Neji which mean screw. We know Neji main specialty is rotation which spins much like the screw. So boruto might as well get another varient of rotation, it's still too early to tell.

That's only if he can see chakra point's. And even if he could there is no guarantee he'll be able to strike em with precise precision like Neji did in part 1. In part 1 Hinata couldn't even do it effectively if at all. If that's anime only then it's somewhat impossible.

Boruto doesn't want anyone training him except Sasuke i doubt he'll have any relation to the Hyuga other than Byakugan.

Momoshiki not making any comments about his chakra doesn't confirm that he doesn't or can't possess sage chakra lol. Indra and Ashura's transmigrants sure did posses their respective chakras. I don't think its impossible for Hago's and Hamura's chakra to pass down in a similar way. That being said, my first comment was just a theory similar to how some people believe its KCM no matter how unlikely that is.

Well Boruto posses more dominant traits with Neji than even Hinata. Boruto is quite skilled with chakra and manage to invent Vanashing rasengan for only few days and perfected the rasengan by the end of the movie as well as he was able to control huge rasengan that Naruto lend him. Kaiten and Rasengan share the same common which is the fact that both techniques require pivotal chakra control and have great precision. We know Kaiten spins the same way Rasengan does and both amasses huge chakra as well which he might even become able to create a chakra sphere s from any tenketsu on his body similar to the rasengan/Kaiten.

You can't ignore that Boruto was also raised by hinata where he often uses imitation of a Gentles Fist and he might not be like any ordinary Hyuga where he's gonna use 8-trigrams, but his combo will follow the rhythm of Sasuke/Naruto/Hyuga fighting style. So even when his dojutsu has some byakugan feats, he will still able to use jyuuken with his tenketsu effectively.

Also you are underestimating Sasuke intelligence, Sasuke must have a great degree knowledge of the hyuga clan. Even if bolt training has nothing to do with the Hyuga techniques, Sasuke is quite proficient with his chakra and his dojutsu. Uchiha and the Hyuga are quite related in some way so in that sense Sasuke will be like piccolo where he will tell boruto that he able to use element ninjutsu much more effectively using his hyuga bloodline and learn how to overcome his dojutsu.
