Hashirama Senju was always known for his large chakra reserve and powerful body . However Naruto has surpassed him in this departement by a huge mile
The manga made it clear through Hashiramas clone that :

Hashirama's chakra = the chakra that naruto shared with the SA army (about 40000 shinobi or something ?)

Or if Hashirama (via his clone) was referring to the chakra that naruto got at that time , which wasn't his full chakra at that time seeing how he needed to take some chakra from minato , then in this case :

Hashirama's chakra = 50 % Bijuu Mode naruto (still , naruto was missing a big portion of his kyuubi chakra)

So , at best i say full powered Hashirama chakra reserve <= full powered 50 % BM naruto

However , Naruto later got a fragement of the chakra of Hachibi and Shukaku , along with a small portion of the other bijuu chakra
and then after meeting Hagoromo , Naruto received all of his Yang chakra , which allowed him to obtain six paths sage mode .

the Databook already tells us Naruto's six paths sage mode is a gift from hagoromo , and since Naruto finaly used his six paths mode in Gaiden and Boruto movie , that means he still possess all of hagoromo yang chakra

the bijuu chakra allowed Naruto to use the bijuu elements , Kekkei Genkei , and special abilities

Naruto was able to fight zetsu , Edo kages , Obito and his Edo paths , juubi jinchuurikin Obito , powered up the entire SA army 3 times with Kyuubi chakra , fight Juubi jinchuuriki Madara , fight kaguya , spam 1000 clones against Kaguya , and then fight sasuke who had the Chakra of all 9 bijuu , while being low on chakra

and with the ability to absorbe and control the globale Natural energy , his chakra reserve is even greater

P.S.Sasuke also has a huge amount of Chakra as he stated to be able to travel between Kaguya's dimention , a feat that required a huge chakra reserve , as we saw with Obito , Sakura , and even Kaguya herself

Sasuke = hiw own chakra + Hashirama's cells + all of Hagoromo's Yin chakra

the bijuu chakra let the bijuu meet in his subconscious mind , and when he got his six paths mode , he was able to make a good use of the bijuu chakra , but the bijuu chakra itself doesn't grant him his six paths mode

the bijuu chakra alone doesn't give you six paths senjutsu , it needs to be sealed in the Gido Mazo , creating the juubi , and then sealing the juubi in your body using the six paths juubi coffin seal to obtain the six paths senjutsu

- Without the Gedo Mazo and the six paths juubi coffin seal , the bijuu chakra alone won't give you six paths senjutsu , Sasuke for example , he mixed all of the bijuu chakra in his susanoo , yet he didn't get six paths senjutsu

- Naruto doesn't have the Gedo Mazo , or the Juubi , or the six paths coffin seal , which means he didn't get his six paths senjutsu from the bijuu chakra .

Err what ? , Itachi's eyes enabled Sasuke to retain his eyesight . The eyesight is what matters the most , Sasuke would've been useless if he became blind man .
