It's because there's so many characters that have huge advantages and there's the fact that the best strategies to increase your odds of winning feel like they go against the spirit of the game.

All I know is people got upset when I played Minato in Storm 3. Even spammers :\

I never really had a problem with Minato, hes a good challenge against Goddess Karin.

I used to play, I made this one kid so butthurt he spammed me the entire day, with hate mail, and battle requests .Lol
Then the dumb bish told me he was sorry for cyber bullying the next day .

Quite a wdf moment .
Ftw I spammed with Kid Kakashi, he was a beast with chidori .
But undefeated I went with Guy and his dynamic entry v.v
So OverPowered I never had a loss once with him v.v

I learned how to stop him, the trick is to double jump to him, he's real easy to stop once used to him v.v

Throw a normal shuriken, get close, call a support, then start bashing him .

The best is taking turns on him v.v

Everytime he gets up, hit with a chidoriLol
And keep repeating, when near running out, call both support chars to handle itLol

Ftw that chidori is damn fast v.v

This reminds me of the time a guy called me a spammer just because I picked Taka Sasuke...Taka Sasuke is probably the worst of the sasukes too. I still beat him without spamming though. Taka Sasuke is too badass for such a petty play. Next round I picked shino and jumped to the side while throwing homing balls of insects the whole game and won...Good times.

If I ranked the characters, I would create a god tier JUST for Minato. He is by far the most degenerate character in the game imo, even though he doesn't spam.

His IA dash (teleport) is infinitely useful, his FTG bumper powers are so powerful on their own and then they have long invincibility frames, and IA combos are powerful anyways. A Storm player skilled in actual combat is unstoppable with Minato in my opinion.

Of course it's possible since I've played that people found other things more degenerate, but I doubt it. Minato is nuts in this game :|

well thats what happens when storm developers loose their shit and start treating rasenshurikens as simple fodders i mean thats just retarded and plus doesnt make sense. a team of lazy unpassionate bum heads and dont understand anything about naruto yet they milk every new naruto game every year with a few new characters and tweaked UI. why dont they make an actual realistic naruto game that allows you to free roam anywhere and fight in huge landscape environment while being in 4 vs 4 battle in real time and give players a basic set of ninja equipment and tools and bring back the broken bond style jutsu system that took actually some skill to use and memorize then we can talk about fun>balance
