Soi Fon is a relatively petite woman with gray eyes and black hair. Her hair is worn short with two long braids bound in white cloth, each ending in a large golden ring. Soi Fon's hair is shoulder-length and had a softer look to it. She wears a uniform with a sleeveless haori and a yellow obi tied around her waist. Underneath her standard uniform, Soi Fon wears the uniform of her old commander-in-chief, which has no sleeves and doesn't cover the back, though she does wear long black arm bands. Instead of wearing standard sandals with tabi, she wears traditional Chinese shoes with ordinary white socks.

Personality
Soi Fon is staunchly loyal, firm, and unbending in her beliefs. She is a hard worker and takes a strong moral stance — she particularly believes in following orders. She is generally reserved and truly not arrogant in any manner like her lieutenant, though she is not above mocking/joking around with her opponents or smirking while in combat, a trait also seen in her predecessor. She will not hesitate in the slightest to strike down even her subordinates if they stand in her way.
Soi Fon likes fish, but dislikes meat. She also seems to be quite obsessed with Yoruichi [her old sensei], and often spends her free time dreaming about the days when they fought together.
Soi Fon is a person of incredible resolve, not hesitating to do whatever it takes to complete a mission and defeat her enemy. Very rarely will Soi Fon show signs of desperation or emotion on the battlefield, except when it concerns her former master. Despite her cold demeanor and constant attack towards her assistant, she has displayed a certain level of faith in him (trusting him to act as a distraction while she carries out a plan).

Background Info
Soi Fon was born in Sunagakure in a noble family served to protect Yoruichi (LonelyAssassin). Soi Fon often called her Yoruichi Sama, until she told her to lighten up, but she only managed to call her Lady Yoruichi. Having being trained to be proficient in Wind, Lightning, Taijutsu, Yoruichi taught her how to use her techniques better, honing them, mostly in Taijutsu.
Later Soi Fon became second in command with Yoruichi and met a friend of hers. In fact, he was another captain named Keisuke Urahara (-Tsuki). Soi Fon was training in the same abilities with Yoruichi and she noticed that Soi Fon had a special KG, limited to some Sunagakurians. Yoruichi had the ability, but never told Soi Fon, making her have to find out herself. Later on, a person named Sosuke Aizen used people as test subjects treating them as guinea pigs where Uruhara was present at the time, seeing all these failed subjects on the floor dead, he tried attacking him, but Aizen ended up escaping. Having the village notice, they had put the blame on Uruhara not knowing who really did this. Uruhara had told Yoruichi as they were good friends and they both had went in hiding, somewhere outside of the village. This had led to Soi Fon hating Uruhara because he had took Yoruichi with him and holding a grudge between her as she didnt tell her anything about it.

Having them save suna the Kage of the village, Albel allowed them to come back to the village, exciting Soi Fon, but always having a deadly look when she sees Uruhara. Like old times, they had picked up training again and Soi Fon loved each and every moment of it, only hoping to improve her skills matching the one she looks up to most, Yoruichi.

Soi Fon's affinity to wind allows her to perform jutsus by using only one hand seal, giving her an advantages to wind over her opponents.
Lightning Affinity
Soi Fon's affinity to lightning allows her to perform the techniques' handseals faster.
Tools
Soi Fon carries many tools in her ninja pouch, these tools include kunai, shuriken, ninja wire, scrolls for jutsu. She also has smoke bombs, flash bombs and explosive tags. She also carries a medium sized sword on her back more so the bottom.
She also has these knives called Anken which she hides behind her clothes, there are also some where she can release at her opponent with a swing of her leg.
Taijutsu
Soi Fon had many training experience, using Yuruichi to practice with, she doesn't use much ninja tools, more so focusing on Taijutsu, ending up specializing in it.
Camel Contract
Soi Fon has the tattoo of the Camel Summons on the palm of her right hand, they are the second contract that she signed.
Suzumebachi
Soi Fon wears a weapon on her right hand, which is very pointy and has the colors of a bee on it. It has no abilities as of yet.
