Didn´t Choji tank punches from Jirobo who BTW has strength to lift huge rocks and giant Choji ? If he did than I don´t think he would have problem tanking Sakura punches.

Can he still perform Human bullet in giant butterfly mode ?

There's no reason he couldn't but he showed better moves in his arsenal when in this state. Butterfly Bomb is all he needs to wipe out a mountainside. Sasuke Hiden showed Chouji using his giant techniques in base, so there'd unlikely be any difficulty.

Really tho? Byakugo could probably heal anything chojis fast enough to hit her with, and she can probably dodge him in giant mode, on top of that it's not like she hits soft

As long as Choji doesn't stomp on Sakura or punch her into the ground his attacks won't kill her or do anything that'd cripple her badly due to Byakugo. Meanwhile her hits can and will do moderate to serious damage to him unless he somehow became more durable than Susanoo. That and she has Katsuyu as backup. Sakura takes it.
