so do it mean that itachi is alive and if he stop the jutsu he will still be alive and keep his promise to sasuke

Itachi isn't "alive" persay, in that he has an Edo body, but since he's severed his connection with the jutsu (and thus wrested himself from Kabuto's control), it is doubtful that ending the technique will result in his disappearance.

He will hopefully keep his final promise to Sasuke and then allow himself to be sealed.
