Remember back in Impel Down where Emperio Ivankov explained that level 5.5 is between level 5 & level 6? He also mentioned that level 5.5 was not always here. It was created by a devil fruit user who used his burry burry no mi to dig his way into level 5.5

Now what do you guys reckon. Did the devil fruit user die ?

Now a thought i conjured up and even they did the df re-appears on earth and I believe the next owner was Miss Merry Christmas. If you look up in the OPwikia, the english name of her fruit was 'diggy diggy no mi" . Fits the description of what Iva-chan was describing .

Not gonna happen. I bet Akainu's fleet , is much more stronger. He's probably thrown some Admiral-level guy in Impel Down to overlook it alongside Mangellan and the other jailors.

Remember how Fujitora and Ryukugou were selected by some royal marine scription. A contest was held and the loser , Akainu didnt want him to feel bad told him you can go work in Impel Down to make sure another break-in doesn't occur . Good theory aye?

...well obviously this guy would have escaped before Sakazuki even became Admiral since he wasn't there back when Luffy visited so ye o.o I just think it would be cool if people thought he just vanished, the guards already put inmates disappearing to Level 5.5 being a mystery so.

Ivankov said the person who dug Level 5.5 was male. So either they died and Ms Merry Christmas ate the fruit later OR There is another Digging based Zoan and this character could be a member of the Revolutionaries.
