Well said, Elizabeth san. Simple and clear. Alright, now let's focus on the element you wish to learn. Please tell me everything you know about the fire element, such as what properties does it have, its elemental strengths and weaknesses and anything else you would like to add. Also, what does the fire element makes you feel?
"Fire? Well to start off, Fire is one of the 5 basic elemental nature transformations. Fire strong against wind but weak towards water. When used in conjunction with wind, it increases its destructive power exponentially. Also, when used along the water nature it can be used for purposes like steam creation in order to use as steam.This is especially usable if you are a sensory ninja or are capable to in any way or form know where your opponent is standing. You will be capable of hiding your presence and thus create sneak attacks. When used with earth, fire can be used to super heat the earth below a user in order to make placement for them harder to make as the floor would be too hot to touch. Now there are more variations when it comes to fire release. Its solidity can be different and it can also be found as ash and gas. Fire is one of the componets of Boil Release, Scorch Release, Lava Release and lastly Dust Release. Alas, the way one generates techniques of fire release is by heating up the chakra."

Nicely explained! I like what you said about taking advantage of the steam... So to summarize fire, I'd also say that it is a very violent element that spreads its power and destruction. In terms of speed, generally speaking, fire is a rather quick element, but not as fast as lightning.
He pauses a bit, reaching to his ninja pouch looking for a certain something then takes it out with his right hand.
Now one last thing before we start with learning actual fire techniques... *hands you a sheet of chakra paper* I want you to hold this sheet of paper and then send your fire chakra to it. Now, you do this by first bringing forth chakra from the center of your body, then, by using nature manipulation, you'll need to give your chakra fire properties. In order to do this, you need to imagine the way you perceive the fire element's properties with your senses. How does fire looks like, sounds like, feels like and so forth. Take all that thinking into the chakra itself. Think only of fire.
There already was some cut down branches and woods on the ground inside of a ring made of rocks. Kisuke spewed a small fireball directed at the woods and branches to make a fire that would last during their training. He placed the woods and branches aflame to help Elizabeth perceive the characteristics of fire.
Once you believe to have given your chakra fire properties, I want you to concentrate some of this katon chakra onto the hand that holds the chakra paper and send it to the sheet of chakra paper. If done correctly, the chakra paper should burn to ashes. Elizabeth smiles, accepting the chakra paper, now studying it carefully. Much to her surprise she see's Urahara quickly spew out fire on cut down branches.

Urahara adds, Elizabeth looks at the fire recently set ablaze, and watches as it crackles. She holds the paper in her right palm, thinking of Urahara's words. "The chakra paper should burn to ashes."
Elizabeth closes her eye's, and feels chakra around her body, the flow of it all per se. She thinks of the heat, the immense temperature fire holds. She remembers how fire stings, sizzles when touched. Elizabeth feels the chakra begin to change it's property. She channels this chakra specially to her hands. Then as heated as it came she let it out causing the paper to flare up and crumble to ashes.
Elizabeth giddy turns back to her senpai and says, "Kisuke-kun, did I do this properly?" Elizabeth, well aware of her abrasiveness towards her senpai, flutters her eyelashes innocently.

Kisuke sees the paper turn to ash then applauds somewhat slowly but not too slow so that it won't sound like a sarcastic applaud >_> <_<

This is what we all need to do went we need to perform a fire technique. So let's get started, shall we? There was never an allotted time for me to follow. So my lateness is not excused.

Elizabeth listened to Urahara blab on, and caught on to her next task. "Okay, sounds challenging enough. Thought you'd never shut up." Elizabeth laughed, playfully nudging Urahara's shoulder.
Elizabeth looked around surveying her surroundings. She takes deep breaths and the calmly exhales, starting to gather chakra from her body. Focusing it within her lungs and mouth, taking it all in its entirety. After focusing enough chakra, she then manipulates the shape and nature to match the heated feel of katon. Elizabeth reaching the limit quickly spews out a small round fireball. Aiming toward the pile of branches, quickly going ablaze from the fire.
Elizabeth feeling proud, walled near the small fire; using its heat for warmth in her hands. She looked into the fire watching the it slowly illuminate her face.
Elizabeth knowing there was another technique to go through, sighed reluctantly and left her "heater" grumbling. Elizabeth walled toward a clearing, which surprisgly had branches in a pile.
Elizabeth stood in front of the pile branches, far enough; saftey reasons of course. Elizabeth put on her aviator glasses in good measure, knowing she was gonna see quite the light show.
Elizabeth once again gathering chakra from within her body letting go toward her lungs. The chakra gathers, and continues collecting till Elizabeth molds the chakra, now in her mouth. She knows the nature is changing due to its heated tear feeling it leaves in her mouth. Elizabeth spews out multiple fireballs, thrusting her body foward to give momentum to fireballs distance. She made sure aim in the branches, to avoid any forest fires–and cooked senpai's.
The branches made a "Shwoosh!" sound, along with the fast cackling of the fire burning away at the branches. Elizabeth took off her aviator's and silently said, "..Almost there..George."
Elizabeth quickly shook off any feel of tears and hummed, "Yeah, so on to the advantages and disadvantages. Well both of these jutsu's are very useful. Considering neither one requires handseals is great as it can speed up the attack. Additionally, the Fire Release: Dragon Flame Blitz can effectively cover a larger area since multiple fireballs are thrown. Where as Fire Release: Small Fire only shoots one fireball covering a small area for damage. A downside is that these attacks are not effective for a finishing blow, and the Dragon Flame Blitz attack gets weaker per fireball that is made."
Pros: no handseals required, Cons: range is not sufficient enough.

Kisuke felt somewhat down for a brief moment because of Elizabeth's comment on him never shutting up. He wanted to comment on what Elizabeth just said but for some reason allowed himself to get interrupted by her nudge before he could talk back. Kisuke then grimaced slightly while looking away from her.

He eventually managed to shrug it off once he saw how she performed the two techniques. Impressive, that's actually better than what I expected. We'll move on to the next batch of fire techniques. Please keep on performing them and give me advantages and disadvantages.

Simple technique, you throw a bunch of small shurikens infused with fire at your target. Whenever you will it, you can cause the fire on the small shurikens to ignite so that the damage would be slightly increased.

After performing 4 hand seals, you blow a flammable gas directed at your desired target/location. This technique is nice to use if there's already fire on the terrain from various sources. Though it doesn't really serve any purpose if you use it on an incoming enemy fire attack since our technique is only D-Rank and would, at most, only be capable of neutralizing an incoming D-Rank fire technique.

This one, in my opinion, is more useful than the others. You can pretty much release a fireball or stream of fire from any of your limbs or mouth. Releasing it from your mouth would make it a jutsu similar to many other fire technique, but if released from your limbs, it would serve quite useful in close quarters combat. You can for example make a punching motion with your fist to release a fireball or a stream. You can do the same thing with a kick or with a punch from your elbow, etc.
