Oh, your first training thread! Okay!
Let's see what I can get in before I leave for a trip today.
So, firstly, it is important to appreciate every single jutsu and element in the RP factor. RP is about having fun and of course, achieving goals that you've set in mind, however, be fair and enjoy while doing so.
Thus, I ask of you...why do you want to learn Fire?

Powerful- The element can be very effective in certain situations, because it can be used from just about any position.

Useful- I've seen lots of people use the wind element on here so it will help me have an advantage. :ghehe:

Hm...we'll work on that then!
Alright, come sit by me at this campfire...meditate a bit, if you will. Feel the fire, look at how it runs...
And then tell me how you think Fire chakra might flow.

Ok then sensei.

-Walks over to campfire and mediates, looks and gets a feel of how the fire is suppose to run.-

Fire chakra is heated chakra that flows throughout the body.

No, think of the actual flow of Fire. Describe it as if YOU yourself was the fire.

Also, as you do that, what might be the weaknesses and strengths of Fire, and how might you utilize that fact as well?

-I now put my hand over the fire and feel it-
It's hot, obviously but at the same time it feels good, it feels as of it's giving me energy not a lot though. Is this normal sensei?

Weakness to fire is water because the water enstingiushes the flames.
Strenghts to fire is wind because it fuels the flames and they spread. Wind can be eventually used with fire and make it strong enough to over the water element.

Now, let's start simple. Remember how the campfire burned...and then focus the chakra from the inside of your body (as many of the jutsus will require inward chakra to start with) and build it up within your mouth to release a small fireball. Maintain the chakra and also form it in your body.

So I also have a question for you. Let's say your opponent released a C-Rank Wind, and you released a C-Rank Fire. What would be the result?

I sit and think about what sensei said. I then close my eyes in concentration an focus the chakra from within my body to my. Luther producing a small fireball.

If my opponent releases and C-Rank Wind jutsu and I release a C-Rank fire jutsu, my flames will spread.

Not exactly, think about it again.
When Fire counters Wind, it would overtake the jutsu and send it back at the opponent.
Now, what would happen to the ranking of the jutsu?

Perfect! It would then be B-Rank.
( Ryu Kaen Bakufuu ) - Dragon Flame Blitz
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user shoots balls of fire at the opponent.
Now, for this next one, do you remember what Sasuke did with Shurikens and Katon?
Proceed to light these shurikens on fire and toss them at my clone.
Describe the effects between an inflamed one and a regular one.

I take the shurikans and concentrate my Kanton chakra on them lighting them in the process and toss them at your clone.

The difference between an inflamed one and a regular one is as follows:
An inflamed, will do more damage if it hits but is generally used as a distraction.
While regular ones seem to used as a battle opener to feel out an opponent.

Well, also keep in mind that clothes can catch on fire...don't forget all the effects of the fire itself.
( Kaen Shuriken Ranbu ) - Blazing Shuriken Dance

Okay, for this jutsu...
Actually, no.
Let's discuss handseals first.
What do you know about them?

Very good. Two questions.
So let's say your opponent had a jutsu that required five handseals, and your jutsu only required one. How does this affect you in battle when releasing your jutsus?
Secondly, how might handseals signify mastery?

1. Well since the handseals determine how much chakra you'll use I might be screwed unless of course a stronger Jutsu just requires one hand seal then might be safe.

2. With mastery of a technique the user either will preform one hand seal or none at all.
