Mingo is honestly stronger then Burgess. its pretty clear that he is. (and honestly not being biased at all)

Burgess would push Doffy to mid diff from what we've seen and how he's portrayed IMO. It's pretty hard to say on what difficulty Doflamingo wins since we saw very little of Burgess fighting.

Depends on how you rank DD comparatively to Sabo. He took Sabo's new named fire-dragon attack with close to no damage, with physical strength great enough to match Sabo's and creating shockwaves destroy buildings far apart, with leg strength great enough to jump down mountains without a scratch, speed great enough to reach Luffy's location(from up a mountain) really fast, and seems to be good enough to hold his ground with him for the at least 6minutes we've seen so far with Sabo admitting he'd have his hands full on him, and we talk about a Mera Sabo here who should even be more accustomed to his Mera than he was during his clash with Fujitora

DD's string can cut limbs and can be devastating against a brawler. That's mainly why I placed mingo over Burgess. Yeah Burgess does have impressive physical feats but as of now, I don't see him pushing DD past mid diff. My opinion may change once we see more feats from him with his fight with Sabo. Both Sabo & Burgess are mainly close combat fighters so using the outcome of their fight isn't the best thing to use to gauge how much of a chance he has against mingo.

Doffy hands down wins, can't say what difficulty until we see how easy Sabo handles him. I'd say mid diff most likely.

Burgess has explosive techniques and doesnt seem to be very fast, which Doflamingo can cut through and avoid easily. And with his 'awakened' abilities, Burgess isn't pushing Doflamingo higher than Mid diff.
