Having a special KG, Nara clan is known for their manipulation of shadows and tending of deer, which graze in a large area of Nara clan forest. They have the ability to control and use their own shadows, and the shadows of others to their advantage, by attaching their shadow to the opponent's, and then take control of him/her. The opponent then, becomes a mirror of the user's movement and for as long as they are trapped in the shadows, the bodies move by the will of the Nara member;
Using their shadow controlling techniques, Nara members can extend, combine, control, and more with them, even going so far as to being able to strangle a person with their own shadow.
Manipulating Shadows however is not as easy as it looks. Most ninjas in Naruto are high skilled, they are fast and some of them even sense chakra. Therefor, Nara members have to be extremely cautious relatively to when they will choose to attack (best time is dusk and dawn, as shadows are at their largest then) and also where as natural shadows help the Nara members to hide or expand their ability's length and power, strength and speed. The Shadow jutsus are indistinguishable from natural shadows to all except the shadow users themselves.

but theres more. the skilled nara members can controlle shadows within shadows. as long as there is light the shadow can function. just a lil flicker of light there is a shadow. n broad daylite the shadow can move as fast as the user. light is ur friend and enemy.u can use lite to ur advanage and ur opponent can use it against u. this being said fire jutsus. b rank fire slows ur shadow. a rank fire halts the shadow and s rank and forbidden fire can push back the shadow to the user.

I focus my chakra through my stamach,legss and feet trys to extend shadow its no good trys 3 more times focusing more each time finnally my shadow starts moving

i start moving my hands more chakra b/c if u use less chakra anybody can get out. the best thing is to add more chakra to ur shadow so i cant move unless u want me 2

do u remember the sword i gave u with the chakra blade on it. If so this is the time to use it. I want u to put ur shadow chakra into it and stab my shadow but this time its not that easy

ok I remember I focus a lot of my shadow chakra into the blade andthrow it at ur shadow then I try to do like last time but my chakra quiqly runs out
I try again by addding more chakra to the blade and then I throw it to ur chakra keep hold of u after I hold u for a min I let go of u
