Description: the user creates 3 orbs identical to electric outburst so it is easily mistaken but these orbs act differently, they are thrown to surround the enemy and instead of blinding them they shock them numb making them paralyzed for 10 whole minutes also damaging them because of the electrical shock.

*can be used once per battle*
*the stronger the rank the longer the enemy can be left paralyzed*
*this can be used both by Amaya and Hinaru*
*Hinaru is co-creator of this jutsu*
P.S *for Hinaru, it is S Rank: 40 Chakra / 60-80 Damage and because of his rank the shock is powerful making it fatal or even leaving the victim to faint*

concentrate some more to make it longer
