Tobirama was smarter than Hashirama(who was, by tobirama's admission, a knucklehead like naruto and, by madara's admission, an idealist like naruto), yet Hashirama became hokage first. Wanna know why? Because hashirama shat on him in terms of power and could make people rally behind him better. Exactly the same with naruto and kakashi.

Okay I'll give you this, that's true. However there's a difference. Nardo is kakashi's student. Hashirama wasn't young and naive. He was a goofball but all in all he was intelligent. his morals were more in check as well. The point is that naruto has no idea about politics, and whats more is that naruto is always going to be the one on the front lines. There'll be a problem and he'll have to leave the village to take care of it because he's so godly. Kakashi will be hokage because he's smart and knows politics and WISE. Naruto lacks these things, he has pure battle sense and the ability to rally troops with his bullshit "WE CAN DO IT DATTEBAYO BELIEVE IT!"

Funny because i've never seen so many members claim there was an asspull.
I mean, if fans had always complained like this Naruto would have never made it.

Also, it was Itachi who became anbu captain, not Kakashi.

Clearly Obito and Kakashi's bond is stronger/better than Hagoromo and his descendants where he needed bijuu, ashura, and indra's chakra in one body to communicate with someone. Obito just could kamui back through space and time from the dead and give a possible temporary power up. Seems legit.

I still liked this chapter but it is closing to fairy tail logic, where friendship/bonds overcomes any hardship.
