Tobirama alone could possibly win.
Tobirama with Minato should be able to win. Adding any more Shinobi would only increase already high chances of Tobirama and Minato winning.
But I guess Tobirama, Minato, Obito, Itachi and Kakashi.

Tobirama with his speed and Hiraishin needs a single successful attack to finish the fight. With Kage Bunshin, very advanced tactics and incredible intelligence Tobirama has, I believe Tobirama has a chance to defeat Madara.
With his speed and Hiraishin, he can also avoid most attacks.
That doesn't mean he would win but at the very least, Tobirama could give him a good fight.
I put Tobirama and Madara on the same level with either being able to win. Keep in mind this Madara does not have Rinnegan, Sage Mode, regeneration and other abilities.
When you add Minato, I believe this fight is highly in Tobirama and Minato's favor with everything I mentioned before and great teamwork between Tobirama and Minato.
This man doesn't seem to agree..
You'd better forget about it, Tobirama lacks the firepower to break the Susanoo, he's undefended against genjutsus and his Suiton isn't a problem for Madara at all. He may be faster when using Hiraishin, but ONLY when uses Hiraishin, and anyway he can't do anything to escape the blows of PS that devastate the mountains
Tobirama doesn't have firepower even comparable to the SM Hashirama's Buddha's fists and an explosion caused by at least a dozen of Full Kurama's Bijuudama. If you want to be technical, Edo Madara's PS did tank an explosion caused by 4 Juubidamas.

I disagree.
Tobirama has Suiton Suidanha, which should be strong enough to attack ordinary Susanoo, like Danzo's wind Jutsu was.
And he has Gojo Kibakufuda for Perfect Susanoo.
I doubt Tobirama is undefended against Genjutsu and Madara does not use Genjutsu very often.
Also, Hiraishin isn't speed. Tobirama is physically faster. Tobirama has shown that in his fight against Obito. And even Madara stated Tobirama was the fastest during their time.
Also, Tobirama could perhaps use Hiraishin to teleport Susanoo.
I am not claiming Tobirama would win. But I do believe he would have a chance.
You can disagree, everyone is allowed to have his opinion. But it doesn't really matter, even if Tobirama could not defeat him, because the team is Tobirama, Minato, Obito, Itachi and Kakashi.
Tobirama has Gojo Kibakufuda. It might not deal big damage but it should be enough to at least to make an opening.

When did Madara say Tobirama was the fastest? Also Rinne Tensei Madara effortlessly dodged an hit from Tobirama and blocked him in the ground with his rods, and no, I don't definitely think he could be able to teleport Susanoo.. and even if he could, what vantage would he get?

Keep in mind that Madara at that time had Sage mode and was living. Sage mode increases strength and speed and improves sensing and reflexes. Madara was alive. Living versions have greater speed and strength. Tobirama was dead, so he was slower. And even so, Tobirama had reflexes to avoid Madara's attack with rod.
And even Madara admitted Tobirama was faster when they were both alive.
Tobirama teleported Kurama, so I don't think he couldn't teleport Susanoo. He could do that to knock Susanoo of balance or lure him into a trap. Perhaps, he could even separate Susanoo from Madara or teleport inside.
