I personally, think that Law's room cannot do much damage to Buggy because he can already separate his body parts. [ Look at Mihawk slicing buggy during the war, nothing happened but not sure if he was using Haki or not...]

But one question does rise, if Haki is applied will a attack harm buggy?

yup if haki is applied(Which works on all devil fruit users) buggy has no chance of winning this
