Batman already tried fighting Supes with a kryptonite ring, and it was little effective. Master Chief surived a nuke? Supes survived a entropy bomb 50x the power of a supernova; a supernova being the equivalent of about two nonillion nukes.

Be careful or the Sonic guy around here will come at you. Sonic can actually be pretty strong based on the version, obviously not the SEGA Gensis console version though lol. Chief is a great tactician and has experience leading an army plus he's enhanced so he's not the worst choice, I think that would be Mario.
