Waiting for the sensei to arrive, Zatanna sit under a tree contemplating her life. Will she ever belong to a village? Will she find a home? The idea of a family clan had long since past but there were rumours of a new age coming about.

She sighed, as she threw another piece of gum in her mouth. She found this new sensei via word of mouth, and heard that he could teach her some advanced techniques to do with her gum. With her gum! The idea seemed preposterous, but she was open to new concepts.
She had a little shiver as the strawberry flavoured gum filled her mouth.

Well, from what I understand, it only exists in a "solid" state, that is to say in bubble form. The user must be chewing gum then blow bubbles while manipulating and infusing chakra into the bubbles. The difference being from the CE is that it cant be used with poison, I dont really know its weaknesses, but I would assume its similar? possibly Fire to melt it, and wind to push the bubbles around?

Bubblegum Ninjutsu manipulates existing gum into explosive bubbles. The main difference between this and the element is that it can't be created, it can only manipulate existing gum. By infusing your chakrs into it, you grant it explosive properties. You can compare this to Clay and how Deidara infuses his Blast chakra into items via his Kinjutsu. Its important to note the explosions only occur with Gum that has had chakra kneaded into it and beginning to form bubbles, meaning gum you hold or are chewing normally isn't explosive until you add the chakra to it. You can manipulate the gum but its use falls under the explosive shapes you make only. Its weak to Wind, able to easily pierce it and ski e through it easily. Water can be partially absorbed into the gum, increasing its size and thickness.

Alright, the first one is simple. You channel your chakra into some gum and blow out a bubble. This bubble travels towards the opponent and, either on contact or if you want them to, explode into colorful smoke that can blocks vision. You can make it at varying ranks and power.

How fast would you say this bubble travels? Would you be able to use wind to push it faster?

Its pretty straight forward, channel chakra into the gum, and blow a bubble. Also, does the size of the bubble increase with rank, or does it stay the same? also, what is the size of the bubble you think, or you can manipulate it to what size you want?

(sorry, just trying to get specifics, and understand it completely)

Roughly wind speed, slower than lightning though. Wind would probably boost it but not much.

The size can vary from as small as a tennis ball to as large as the Fireball Jutsu - the difference in rank determined the power, you can adjust the size for any rank.

Easy to understand, this one doesn't create a circular bubble. Instead, you make a rectangular shaped bubble that's in the form of a wall. When hit, the same effects of the basic Bubblegum Jutsu take place: colored explosions and sticky gum spread out. Questions?

Description: An advanced form of Explosive Gum Ninjutsu, the user manipulates his chewing gum into dozens of giant bubbles that fill a mid range area quickly, remaining still after creation. Upon popping, they create variously strong explosions that cause a chain reaction to knock back the enemy and everything nearby. The explosions also produce a large amount of colored smoke, which can be used to obstruct the opponent's vision. These bubbles can either burst on their own if pierced or on the user's command. To avoid the explosions while airborne, one must be at least 5 meters high.

An advancement on the basic jutsu, this one creates several bubbles that flood a mid range area quickly before remaining stationary. You can then cause them to explode, causing a chain reaction between them. Inversely, if they get attacked this will also take place. I recommend being outside of short range of the nearest bubbles to avoid damage and harm. Questions?

So, as long as I'm outside of short range of the closest bubble I would be OK?
This would be good for surrounding the opponent forcing them skyward or underground.
I'm thinking I could combine these jutsu with wind techs to increase the power of them with the fire from the explosions...

Type: Supplementary

Description: A supplementary jutsu, the user wraps a bubble of colored gum around elemental ninjutsu he spits out. This allows him to coat the jutsu with a small bubble that explodes outwards when burst. Due to this, this allows the user to reduce 20 damage from an opposing jutsu from the clash, weakening it one rank as the coated jutsu makes contact.
Note: This can only used with matter based elements that can be spit out, not energy based ones.
Note: This can only be used once every two turns.

This one is more advanced. You use this in the she timeframe as a projectile jutsu and you coat it in a bubble as it travels. This allows it to 'protect' the jutsu from the initial clash, shaving 20 damage off the incoming attack or lowering it one rank. This allows a, for example, B rank Ninjutsu to combat an A rank equally. Questions?

Oohhh OK I understand that. When I first read it is had the wrong idea like you coat your opponents jutsu. Let's say you got first and use it while hidden, can they see what's inside it? I'd imagine not, not even doujutsu because the outside is chakra covered too?

Well, Sharingan and Rinnegan wouldn't be able to see within the bubble as it is both thick and not transparent. Byakugan can pierce through it with their chakra telescopic like vision and see the object within.

Ah okay yeah that makes sense.
So if I coat an s rank earth or water juts with this, the opponent would have to have an s rank counter to it, because if it was an a rank counter, the bubblegum bubble would take it down to a b rank and wouldn't stop the original ninjutsu

If you used it with an S rank, they need to have more than Forbidden level power to beat it, generally ( not factoring in strengths and weaknesses ofc ).

Description: The user expels several small red bubbles of gum, firing them at high speeds to cause small explosions on impact. S rank version can only be used once per turn

This one ranges from small A rank bubbles that is fired towards them with great speed to cause explosions together. The S rank version fires up to 4 larger bubbles. Pretty simple to grasp. Questions?
