Naruto can just sit back and send in clones to tire sasuke out before finishing him off comfortably at a distance with either a FRS, or Bijuudama. The real naruto never even has to put himself at risk and he can still fight with 100% of his power. Sasuke doesn't have the reserves required for a fight to the death with naruto.

he had a different way of escaping but he could escape on his own.
He not knowing naruto and minato used FTG does not matter at all.
