PS was compared to Bijuus in terms of destructive capabilities, not how strong each is. Meaning that only Bijuu can cause as much destruction.

Slashes also damage more against defenses than explosives, as shown against against the Juubi, who was able to withstand damage from it's TBB and yet the Kyuubi hawk cloak go through. >

As well PS has a better defense as shown when Sasuke was the one covering BSM, and the body of BSM has an equal defense to that of the V3 Susano'o, I think that was V3. The tails could be easily cut by a PS slash. TBB could easily be disrupted before it's made seeing as the PS slash would be faster - even if it's not by much.

In base, and even in SM, Naruto can't stand up to Madara as he'll got blitzed by him, and Madara easily reacted to his BM form with the Gunbai.

Not to mention the size difference between them is vast, and naruto can only hold BM for 8 minutes tops.

Madara's PS shits on any of the bijuus bar kurama.(the only one that can claim to be stronger-but even that's debatable.) As for this matchup, I think madara can fire off ps slashes at a faster rate than naruto can fire off bijuudamas, so even though the bijuudamas are a bit more destructive, madara has a greater power output, furthermore, i also believe ps slashes can disrupt the bijuudama chargetime.

Also, the stamina advantage that Naruto has isn't going to play much off a factor, since madara fought against hashirama for 24 hours, and that when he used PS AND controlled kurama simultaneously.(and I doubt the fights going to last long.)
