First off, SM FRS is more powerful than 25+ SM Chou oodama rasengans, produces a mountain+ sized explosion when it expands enough and is much more powerful than Danzou's baku-enhanced fuuton that could blow open the back of a V3 susanoo.
FRS's implied upper limit of power is destroying a V3 susanoo else, gaara wouldn't have pulled madara out of it:

A BM FRS should logically be a lot more powerful as it was able to cut through the tails of the juubi, the same tails that were not cut through by this attack:

So a BSM FRS/Chou oodama FRS should logically be a lot more powerful than a SM or BM FRS.
The size of the Chou oodama FRS should be about as big as the SM COFRS here:

Assuming the power of the FRS increases proportionally to its size, a BSM Chou oodama FRS should at least be able to destroy EMS Sasuke's bijuu-sized V3 Susanoo possibly even his V4.
So with that conclusion assumed:
Itachi's V4 with Yata: susanoo and itachid destroyed.
Madara's legged V4: if it's smaller than a bijuu, destroyed.
Madara's PS: armor layer gets highly damaged
Sasuke's Senpou PS (enhanced like during the Juubito fight): armor layer removed
BSM Naruto's avatar: gets a layer a couple of feet thick removed from the cloak.
Madara's Kyusanoo: same as his PS
Hashirama's Senpou Shinsuusenju: gets a big hole in it.
Itachi's V4 gets destroyed
Madara's legged V4 gets destroyed as well
Madara's PS takes little damage
Sasuke's Senpou PS (enhanced like during the Juubito fight) takes moderate damage
BSM Naruto's avatar gets some tails taken out
Madara's Kyusanoo takes little damage
Hashirama's Senpou Shinsuusenju takes little damage
NaruSasu's Kyusanoo takes little damage
