eat em while u are hungry, have a positive week before that or few days, dont think about negative things, avoid dark places, be outside, where are lots of colors, nature, all the good things, even 1 bad thought can cost u bad trip i have a buddy who eat em twice a month, i personaly tryed them once, loved it, but probably wont try them again i guess
