Think good about it, wich deaths do you think were brutal or harsh. Or wounded ones?

There are more ofc, but let me show these 2 fodders. One wounded, the other dead.

ya i know .. it was a strong Killing genjutsu but his tounge did not actually get ripped out .. hence why konohamaru could not see what was going on lol

The question is, how long are the wounded gonna stay wounded? Since if he have the chock reaction he won't feel much if I understand right. Still getting a tongue drag out must hurt much as hell, still after seeing them die directly after that it's hard to know what feels most.

If it was real that you actually bleed to death by losing tongue or something like that then I would go by losing tongue.

Minato and Kushina; a fugly kyuubi nail dug a hole through them
Neji; impaled by wooden spikes
A's arm getting burnt by amaterasu; then it get cut off
Kisame; eaten by his own sharks
Lee and nins in forest of death; Sabaku-Kyuu seem like hella pain; idea of getting crushed by every location on the limbs sounds horrible
Zaku; Shino ripped his arms of by filling the chakra holes with bugs...
