I think it means one who slays using the Byakugan so he's quite famous for it. Regarding Hinata’s mum if he did Hinata will go stand in the corner and say N..N..Naruto k..kk..kun has b..b... big hands.

Anyway I don't think Ao killed Hiashi's wife he would've been killed by Hiashi or Hanabi Hime. She likely died giving birth to the overpowered Hanabi Hime and sustaining her awesomeness made her(Hanabi's mum) chakra deficient and she died shortly after.

Well he probably got his eye from killing a Hyuuga. But what if no one knew it was Ao, because Danzou didn't find out until after meeting him.
