yes...been saying it for awhile, but people insist that he copied it with Sharingan.

Minato taught him Rasengan.

He tried to complete Rasengan and failed...resulting in Chidori.

His Chidori had drawbacks until he acquired Sharingan from Obito.

This is the way Bolt can prove he is a prodigy...by completing the Rasengan at 12/13...What Kakashi failed at around the same age and even Minato failed.
